The St. Kitts and Nevis Robotics Association (SKNRA) proudly announces the appointment of Ms. Zahrea Franklin as the Vice Chairwoman of the Executive Board—marking a historic milestone as the first woman to hold this position within the Association.
Ms. Franklin is a talented software engineer with international experience in technology development, automation, and digital transformation. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento, and an A.A. from Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College. Her technical expertise, commitment to inclusive innovation, and passion for youth development make her an outstanding addition to SKNRA’s leadership.
In her new role, Ms. Franklin will support the strategic direction of the Association, champion youth engagement, and promote greater gender representation in robotics and STEM. Her leadership reflects SKNRA’s continued dedication to excellence, equity, and progress across the Federation and the wider OECS region.
